In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Number by emailing our Returns Department on  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your details and your reason for returning the item(s) (see details below). You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging, within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund (less shipping). Any items returned to us for refund must be shipped at your expense.

Your return will NOT be processed if you do not provide ALL required information as set out below:

(2) Your full name and address 
(3) Phone number (daytime contact)
(4) Email address 
(5) Packing Slip 
(6) The original order confirmation number 
(7) The reason for returning the merchandise

Any package that has not been received by Beyond Building Products will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

CANCELLATIONS

When canceling an order please provide:

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. I

n the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order has already been shipped the items must be returned to us at your expense in original packaging to affect an order cancellation and refund. If the items were shipped out after we received a cancellation we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Beyond Building Products is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.
